With Zingli, packing is a breeze...

The packing milestone is one of five milestones containing extensive resources for the user to view and save for future access. Within the packing page, the user can choose from categories of resources, including what to pack, tips, and previously saved resources. Depending on the genre of advice, the resource is presented as a video, or simple paragraph of text. Users are invited to answer questions before further resources are revealed, to ensure that what is shown is relevant to the specific user.

Lists & community

Moving lists include a packing list and documents upload list with customization capabilities, as well as room for the user to create more lists. Each list displays a percentage level of completion.

Within the packing list, items are divided by category and the user is able to add items, remove items, or check off existing items.

The Zingli community brings all users together to seek and provide advice about moving. This forum makes it easy for users to ask intricate questions that they cannot find answers to within the app resources.

Process snapshots.

As with any digital product, the design process began with copious user research, interview insights, and initial wireframe sketches of how the product could take shape. This was followed by an information architecture, more refined wireframes, and user testing.
